Stay was very good we stayed in a studio for 2 and it was more than adequate. Everything you need was near by the sea 5 minutes away, also shop for food, papers, many restaurants, excellent bread shops two minutes away. Town centre within walking distance (10 minutes) Pleasent stay will be back. Also excellent value.

Perfect location to Dinard beach which you can visit by foot. All around the hotel there are shops which sell crepes, ice-creams, sweets, restaurants, plus a boulangerie which makes easier to have a nice french cheap breakfast in the morning. Next corner there is a mini-market that provides everything and the room includes a kitchen which is very convenient. Wi-fi reception from the reception of the hotel to the room is sometimes available. Close to the beautiful St.Malo which you can visit by car easily.
Maybe the inside ladder that goes to the bedroom is a little inconvenient for people that afraid the height or have very small children.

good location (close to beach and cafes/restaurants); nice to be able to book a room with little kitchen
just several little things: lots of dust on the lamp, light bulb not working and it took two days to get it changed, noisy early in the morning when trash is picked up

It was an excellent location near to the beach and lovely bakery, cash point and convenience store. Beautiful beach. Proprietors were very friendly and helpful. It was a fair price.
We were in a duplex for 4 people. There was a double bed and bunk beds up an almost loft type stairs/ladder. So good for being separate from our young girls. However, the shower cubicle doors were falling off and at the bottom of the doors there was lots of years of dirt. Nice clean towels and linen though so it was bearable. It is only worth 2 stars though and would all be described as basic.

Beachside Gem
We stayed for a delightful week at this well-located "no frills" hotel. Our room was simple yet clean, with a cozy bed and fresh sheets every day. But what truly made our stay memorable was the hotel's excellent location. Just a stone's throw away, we found ourselves on the picturesque St. Enogat beach, perfect for lazy days in the sun. The hotel's vicinity also offered charming eateries and bakeries, a treat for our taste buds. The cherry on top? The friendly and helpful reception staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our safety during a nearby fire. With all these amazing experiences, we would definitely return to this hidden gem.
